iBCE-EL is a web based prediction server for linear B-cell epitope. It is an ensemble method that combined extremely randomized tree and gradient boosting algorithms, which respectively utilizes a combination of amino acid composition and physicochemical properties and a combination of dipeptide and physicochemical properties as an input features. For a given peptide, iBCE-EL predicts its calss and probability values.
