AtbPpred is web based prediction server for anti-tubercular peptides. Gradient boosting based prediction model was developed using optimal feature set from a combination of dipeptide composition and physicochemical properties, which was obtained through a two-step feature selection protocol. For a given peptide, AtbPpred predicts its calss and probability values.
