iGHBP is web based prediction server for growth hormone binding proteins. Extremely randomized tree based prediction model was developed using optimal feature set from a combination of dipeptide composition and amino acid index, which was obtained through a two-step feature selection protocol. For a given protein, iGHBP predicts its calss and probability values.
