DHSpred is web based prediction server for human DNase I hypersensitive sites. SVM-based prediction model was developed using the optimal feature set selected by random forest method. The optimal feature set includes, dinucleotide composition, trinucleotide composition, tetra nucleotide composition, penta nucleotide composition, dinucleotide physiochemical properties, and trinucleotide physicochemical properties.
